1. Acceptance
- •By using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions
- •If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use our services
- •We reserve the right to update these terms at any time
2. Eligibility
- •You must be at least 18 years old
- •You must be able to enter into a legally binding contract
- •You must not use the platform for any illegal purpose
- •You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws
3. User Accounts
- •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- •You are responsible for all activities under your account
- •You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- •We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these terms
4. Employers
- •You must be a registered company or legitimate employer
- •You apply for yourself only, not on behalf of others without their consent
- •You are responsible for the accuracy of job information you post
- •You agree to pay agreed wages to workers on time
- •You respect workers' rights and do not discriminate against them
5. Job Seekers (Workers)
- •You provide accurate and truthful information in your profile
- •You commit to actually working, not just applying for jobs
- •You respect employers and honor agreed work terms
- •You are responsible for the skills and experience you claim
6. Jobs and Content
- •You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of job information
- •You may not post fake or fraudulent jobs
- •You may not post offensive or illegal content
- •We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms
7. Payments
- •The platform is not a party to any payment agreement between employer and worker
- •You are responsible for negotiating and making payments directly
- •We are not responsible for any payment disputes
8. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- •Refunds are issued only to the original card via the payment gateway. No cash refunds. A refund never exceeds the original amount paid.
- •If the purchased service could not be delivered, the amount is refunded within 48 hours.
- •Cancellation and refund requests sent to support@shaghalni.ps or 0599 308 093 are processed within 3 business days.
- •Subscriptions are one-time purchases for a fixed period, with no automatic renewal.
- •Prices are in ILS. We do not add extra fees for paying by card.
- •Merchant country: Palestine.
9. Disclaimer
- •Platform services are provided "as is" without any warranties
- •We do not guarantee that services will be error-free or always available
- •We are not responsible for the quality of work or user behavior
- •You assume risks associated with using the platform
10. Limitation of Liability
- •We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages
- •Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for using services
- •This limitation applies even if suggested remedies fail
11. Termination
- •We reserve the right to terminate your account or access at any time
- •You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us
- •Upon termination, your data will be removed per the privacy policy
